Palouse Prairie Custom Hats

Thanks for your interest in our custom hat program!  We’d love to work with you to make a hat to meet your needs. We’re a small operation with a focus on quality and top notch customer service. Below are details on our approach to custom orders and pictures of a few recent custom designs we've done. 

If you’d like to get started on your custom hat order, e-mail your black and white logo to support@palouseprairie.com and we will start mocking up patch options.

Quantity/Pricing: For each patch style, our minimum order is 24 hats. Hats can be different colorways and styles with the same decoration/patch. Pricing for our typical mesh-back style is $18 per hat up to 48 hats.  

Production: From your final artwork approval and the receipt of your deposit, we typically run around 5-6 weeks to delivery. 

Payment Terms: We take a deposit for 50% of the total order at the time of final artwork approval. As soon as we have your hats ready, we’ll e-mail you a picture of the final product before we send them your way. The remaining 50% and shipping charges are due when we ship the hats. Invoices can be paid via credit, debit, or Paypal.

Shipping: We utilize UPS shipping for most orders. As soon as your order ships out, we’ll notify you with the tracking information. Depending on your location, typical shipping cost is $15-$25.
